Searching a quality tract within a 2.5 hr radius of N. Atlanta. This will be a for my immediate family and occasional guests. I prefer to manage the land for long term QDM purposes, maintaining an open line of communication with the owner. 20 years of hunting stewardship experience adding value, beauty, and solid oversight communication. Looking for a minimum of 150 acres, with a max first year spend of $5k. Willing to take on more in the future with a like minded owner.
